ADVISING

At Western Middle School, students at each grade level are divided into two equal teams. Each team is made up of four core teachers in English/Language Arts, Math, Social Studies, and Science. Accelerated classes are available for students who are working above grade level.

We are committed to full inclusion for students receiving special education and English Language Learner services. Support is provided through closely supervised study time, modified programs, and instructional assistance to help all students succeed.

Students participate in our Middle School Orientation Program as fifth graders. Eighth grade students participate in our High School Orientation Program to gain understanding of High School graduation and diploma requirements.
